Tramway

- test runs with passengers started on 29 March 2017 after construction had started in Oct. 2016!
- officially inaugurated on 15 April 2017
- 6.4 km from railway station (Temir Yo'l Vokzali) to Sartepa Massivi (Russian: Vokzal - Massiv Sartepa)
- 5 km route between the main station and Siab Bazaar opened on 18 March 2018
- rolling stock (18 Vario LF trams) taken over from Toshkent where the tram system closed in 2016
